1. Acceptance of These Terms

By installing, using, or accessing SATAN Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should stop using the application.

2. Nature of the Application

SATAN Toolkit is a local desktop application. It is designed to run on the user's own machine and manage user-provided application data such as account records, Gmail records, IP records, notes, timestamps, and related workflow metadata.

Certain features may optionally connect to Google Drive for application-specific storage using the drive.appdata scope only.

3. User Control and Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you enter, store, synchronize, restore, export, or delete through the application. You are also responsible for securing your device, operating system account, local application files, and Google account credentials.

4. Google Drive Integration

If you choose to sign in with Google, SATAN Toolkit may store application data in your own Google Drive app-data area. The application is not intended to browse or manage your personal Google Drive files outside that app-specific storage area.

You may revoke access at any time through the application or through your Google account permissions.

5. No Warranty

SATAN Toolkit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every environment, workflow, or device configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SATAN Toolkit and its developer are not liable for loss of data, workflow interruption, account issues, indirect damages, or any consequential damages arising from the use of the application, the inability to use it, or the use of optional cloud synchronization features.

7. Data Deletion and Access Revocation

You may stop using the application at any time. You may also delete local data, delete synchronized application data, or revoke Google access through your Google account. Revoking access will stop future cloud operations until you authorize the application again.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time if the application's features, usage model, or data handling changes. The latest published version should be treated as the current version.

9. Contact

Questions regarding these Terms of Service should be directed through the official SATAN Toolkit distribution or support channel used to provide the application to end users.
